My purpose is to facilitate self-discover journeys which unleash the intrinsic power in all of us. I am a leadership and organizational development facilitator with over a decade of experience of designing and facilitating attitudinal and behavioral change workshops across various sectors and demographics. Academically I have a Masters in Occupational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Leeds University Business School (UK). I am also a certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Instructional Designing and Gestalt Therapy Practitioner. 

I am a Peace Builder, Facilitator, Leadership Coach, and Comprehensive Sexuality Educator with over 14 years of International experience. I am the Director of Indian Program for Seeds of Peace, an international non-for profit organization. I work on cultivating new generations of equipped to deal with conflict and leads interventions for skill building directed towards socio-economic and political changes essential for peace. Academically I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Human Resource Management. 

I am a development professional with over a decade of experience of mentoring and coaching. My most significant contributions have been in the field of business communication strategies, organizational and leadership development. I am a trained facilitator on Socio-Emotional and Ethical Learning, certified in Instructional Designing and Advanced training in conflict resolution. Academically I have a double Masters in Psychology and Economics. 

With nearly 25 years of experience across the corporate and the non-for profit sector in sales, marketing  and fundraising, combined with entrepreneurship, has enabled me to blend key learnings across industries to formulate path-breaking winning strategies. I have co-founded 'Fundraising made easy' a consulting platform to assist non-for profit organizations to build competence in leadership and fund-raising. I also head the training vertical at Indian Company of Training and Development. I am a certified Sorcerer in Learning with the Mission Impossible Leaders Program. I love expressing  the positivity of life through poems and blogs and am shortly launching my journey of being a published author through my book "Breakthrough Parenting"
